Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Information collected
When you submit a request, the site collects the name you provide, your email address, your message, the type of help selected, the submission time, a request identifier, delivery status, and the version of the terms you accepted.
For abuse prevention, the site creates a one-way security value from your network address. The original address is not stored in the request record. The hosting and email providers may process ordinary technical information, such as network address, browser details, and delivery logs, to operate and secure their services.
Drafts and browser preferences
Before you submit, your message, selected help category, and a temporary submission token are kept in session storage in your browser tab so a reload can restore your draft. Your name and email are not included in that draft. It is cleared after a confirmed submission or when you choose “Clear draft”; drafts older than 24 hours are discarded when the page is opened. Browsers may retain tab data when restoring a browsing session. The draft is not sent to Rei until you submit.
Motion and volume preferences are stored locally in your browser. They are used to remember your choices.
2. How information is used
Your information is used to receive, review, organize, secure, and respond to your request; send necessary service messages; prevent repeated or abusive submissions; and maintain the site.
3. When information is shared
Request information is processed by service providers used for website hosting, data storage, authentication, and email delivery. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or maintain the service.
The site does not sell request information or use it for behavioral advertising.
4. Retention
Request information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to review and respond, maintain records, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. There is no promise that a request or correspondence will be stored permanently. Technical backups or provider logs may remain for a limited period after deletion.
5. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information connected to your request. Use the request form, begin the message with “Privacy request,” and include the email address and request reference used in the original submission. A request may be declined or limited when retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or the rights of others.
6. Security and sensitive information
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, database, or email system can guarantee perfect security. Do not submit sensitive records, account credentials, financial information, identification numbers, or information you would not want transmitted electronically.
7. Age limit and changes
This service is intended for adults and is not knowingly offered to children under 18. This notice may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
